Encourage Parental Involvement

We know how crucial it is to get parents and/or caregivers involved in a student’s learning. That’s why home materials are a significant part of the program. Families receive a Student Kit once a month.

• Each family gets a Family Guide magazine so they can read and reread the story with their child.
  
• The monthly Home CD is very popular with families. They can play the CD at home to reinforce the learning that their child is experiencing at school.
  
• A musical instrument goes home every other month. Ideas for using the instrument are included on the parent DVD.
  

The home program provides the perfect bridge between learning at school and home. It helps students share the excitement of learning with ABC Music & Me with their parents!
